Steve Nusinow is the perfect Buyer’s Agent. He is quick to grasp the buyer’s personal and financial goals and provides plenty of data to evaluate properties. He is infinitely patient with showings, responds to calls and emails promptly and, above all, is a tough negotiator on behalf of his clients (even the seller said so).
