Austin Market Report-January 2020

Here are the most recent stats for the Austin Metro area. My key takeaways are prices continue to be steady and strong(especially Austin Proper), inventories are at an alarmingly low level, and we are firmly in a seller’s market. While seasonality certainly has an impact on inventory levels, I do not see this trend changing against a strong fundamental backdrop.
